Greg has over 30 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure and renewable power investment and investment banking. At Stormont, Greg leads the firm’s advisory and investment activities.

Prior to founding Stormont, Greg was a Managing Partner at Brookfield Financial, the investment banking arm of Brookfield Asset Management. As head of their Canadian platform and a member of the global management committee, Greg created and led the firm’s Structured Transactions, Public Sector Advisory and Healthcare Real Estate practices.

Prior to Brookfield, Greg co-founded Cornerstone Commercial Realty, which was ultimately acquired by TD Securities where Greg worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.


Owen is responsible for origination and execution of advisory mandates, in addition to overseeing all aspects of Stormont’s day-to-day operations and finances.

Owen spent more than seven years with Brookfield Financial, advising on more than $10B of transactions globally, with a particular focus on seniors housing. Prior to joining Stormont, Owen also earned valuable operating experience working with Revera Living, one of the largest owner-operators of seniors housing globally, as strategic advisor to the CEO.

Owen is the broker of record for Stormont’s real estate brokerage in Ontario. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is a dual member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Ireland. 


Sean's main focus is on providing advice to public and private sector clients on matters involving real estate development.

Prior to joining Stormont, Sean was a Vice President at Brookfield Financial, leading their Public Sector Advisory practice, and a Vice President at Infrastructure Ontario, advising on major land transactions.

Preceding these roles, Sean was a Vice President in Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory practice, and a Partner at a local planning firm.

Sean holds Bachelor of Environmental Studies from University of Waterloo, an MBA from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.


The founder and principals of Stormont have completed in excess of $20 billion in successful advisory assignments during their careers. 


Scott is a leader in Stormont’s practice with responsibility across the full breadth of Stormont’s activities. 


Before joining Stormont, Scott was a Vice President in the real estate investment banking group at Brookfield Financial, where he was responsible for a number of large mandates in multi-residential, industrial, development advisory and logistics.

Scott is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Ontario and Alberta. Scott received an undergraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from The University of Alberta, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Scott is a CAIA Charterholder.


Rudy has oversight of financial analysis, underwriting and due diligence for Stormont’s investment and advisory mandates.

Prior to Stormont, Rudy spent four years with CPP Investments' US real estate investment team in New York, performing underwriting and due diligence of acquisitions, development and dispositions across multi-residential, student housing, retail and office sectors.

Rudy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Rotman Commerce at University of Toronto.


Dan is responsible for a range of activities including financial analysis, strategic research and analysis, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Stormont, Dan spent five years in banking in a variety of functions, including treasury and real estate lending at TD and Meridian Bank.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Finance from Western University as well as an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business.


Isaac is responsible for a variety of activities including strategic analysis, financial modelling and market research. ​


Prior to joining Stormont, Isaac completed three summer co-op programs: one at TD-Greystone in asset management and two working in development at MPI Group Inc.


Isaac holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University.
